How Much Do Beauty Treatments Cost in Hurghada? The Honest Price Guide

Face: Facial Cleansing EUR 35 (45 min), Deep Facial Cleansing EUR 50 (75 min), HydraFacial Deluxe EUR 50 (75 min). Spa: 60-Minute Full Body Massage EUR 15, 90-Minute Full Body Massage EUR 20, Turkish Hammam EUR 20, Moroccan Hammam EUR 25, Hot Stone Massage EUR 25, Japanese Head Spa EUR 25.

Every price is per person, in euros, fixed before you arrive, and paid in cash at the studio. There is no online payment and nothing to pay to reserve.

What a price includes, and what it does not

Each price covers the full treatment as listed on its page, with sterilised or single-use tools, fresh linen and the products used during it. A Gel Manicure includes removal of old polish, shaping, cuticle care, base, two colour layers, top coat and cuticle oil; it does not include removal of someone else's acrylics, which takes extra time and is agreed before we start.

Hotel pickup is free inside Hurghada and already in the price. From Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh and El Gouna it is EUR 10 per person for the return trip, added at booking; Soma Bay and Safaga are quoted on request. Aromatherapy oils in a massage are included. Hair extensions for braids and the length of colour work are confirmed on the consultation, which is why those two show as "from" prices.

Why the same treatment costs less here than at home

Rent, wages and energy cost less in Hurghada than in Munich, Warsaw or Amsterdam, and that is the whole explanation. The products are the same professional brands, the lamps are the same UV/LED lamps and the keratin is the same keratin. What changes is the overhead around them.

The treatments that show the biggest gap are the long ones, because time is what you are buying: a three-hour keratin or colour appointment, a two-hour lash set, a 90-minute massage. A 90-minute full-body massage for EUR 20 is the single line on this list that surprises most first-time guests.

Where the real savings are

Packages. The Mani & Pedi Package is EUR 40 for two treatments that are EUR 50 apart. Mani, Pedi & Facial is EUR 70 instead of EUR 95. Pedicure & 1-Hour Massage is EUR 35 instead of EUR 45. The full-day packages save the most in euros: Royal Retreat is EUR 220 for treatments worth EUR 300.

The rule is simple: if you would book two or more of the treatments anyway, the package is cheaper and you only travel once. If you only want one, book it alone and keep the saving in your pocket.

When a price looks too good

A manicure advertised at a few euros on the promenade is usually one of three things: a price that changes once you are in the chair, a shortened treatment, or tools that are not sterilised between guests. None of those is a saving.

Ask two questions anywhere you go: is the price fixed before we start, and are the tools sterilised or single-use. Here the answer to both is yes, in writing on every treatment page, and the price you see online is the price you pay.

Practical details
