What is spoken here

English, German, Russian and Arabic are spoken in the studio by the team who will actually be treating you - not by a receptionist who translates and then leaves.

The website and the whole booking flow run in ten languages: English, German, Russian, French, Italian, Polish, Czech, Dutch, Romanian and Hungarian. That matters more than it sounds, because the place you most need to be precise is the booking form, where you say what you want and what to avoid.

If your language is one of the ten but not one of the four, write what you need in the booking notes in your own language. We will have it translated and ready before you arrive rather than working it out at the door.

The three things worth saying before a treatment

For a massage: your pressure preference, and any injuries, recent surgery, blood-pressure issues or pregnancy. "Medium" is a perfectly good answer if you do not know, and it is adjusted during the session anyway.

For nails or hair: bring a photo. A photo crosses every language barrier there is, and it gets you a closer result than three minutes of description ever will.

For skin: say what your skin has been doing this week - dry and tight, oily from sunscreen, sensitive from too much sun. That one sentence changes which products are used.

None of this needs fluency. It needs about four words and a willingness to say them.

Booking without a phone call

You never have to make a phone call in a second language. Book online in your own language, or message us on WhatsApp and write in whichever language you are comfortable in - we will answer.

Booking is confirmed quickly, and the confirmation states the treatment, the time and the price in euros, so there is nothing to negotiate or misunderstand when you arrive.

Give us your hotel name and we will collect you; inside Hurghada that is free, and from Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh or El Gouna it is EUR 10 per person.
